1. General Terms
By booking or using any service provided by Snap House Media, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all photography, videography, aerial, floorplan, and related media services we provide.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
All sessions must be scheduled in advance and are confirmed once a date and time are agreed upon. Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If we arrive and cannot access the property, or the property is not ready to be photographed, the full session fee may still apply.
For aerial or outdoor work, we reserve the right to postpone or reschedule due to unsafe weather, flight restrictions, or other conditions outside our control.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery of the final media unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept credit card, ACH transfer, or other approved payment methods.
Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of media until full payment is received.
4. Travel Fees
Travel within 60 of Uniontown, Ohio is included in standard pricing. Locations outside that radius may incur a reasonable travel fee to cover time and expenses. Any extended travel, tolls, parking fees, or overnight accommodations will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
5. Copyright and Licensing
All photographs, videos, floorplans, and other creative works produced by Snap House Media, LLC remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media for marketing and promotional purposes directly related to the property and the client’s real estate business.
The license does not permit resale, transfer, or distribution of media to third parties such as contractors, stagers, or other agents without prior written consent. Media may be cropped, resized, or branded for marketing, but may not be significantly altered or filtered in a way that misrepresents the original delivered .
Snap House Media reserves the right to use any media we produce for our own marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Social Media Usage Rights
Clients are welcome to post photos and videos on social media platforms for their own marketing. Tagging or mentioning Snap House Media is always appreciated but not required.
Clients may not sell, license, or give media to third parties—including other agents, brokerages, builders, or vendors—for their own marketing use without written permission.
Snap House Media may share, repost, or feature publicly posted client content that includes our work, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Aerial (Drone) Services
All drone operations are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. The client is responsible for confirming property access and ensuring aerial work is permitted at the shoot location.
We reserve the right to postpone or decline aerial work if conditions are unsafe, restricted by airspace rules, or otherwise noncompliant with FAA or local regulations.
8. Floorplans and Measurements
Floorplans are created for marketing and visual reference only. They are not guaranteed to be architecturally precise or suitable for construction or renovation use. Measurements are approximate and should be independently verified if accuracy is required.
9. Delivery and Turnaround
Standard turnaround for photos and video is typically 24–48 hours after the shoot. Custom edits, floorplans, reels, or more complex projects may take longer depending on scope.
Final deliverables are provided via online gallery or download link and remain available for 30 days unless otherwise specified. After that period, file storage and retrieval may incur an archival fee.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is photo-ready at the scheduled time. This includes cleaning, staging, and removing any items they don’t want photographed. Snap House Media does not provide staging or cleaning services.
If a reshoot is requested because the property was not prepared, an additional fee may apply. Clients or their representatives are encouraged to be present during the shoot to confirm specific angles or preferences.
11. Liability
We take great care during every session, but Snap House Media is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or loss occurring during a session except in cases of gross negligence.
In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, equipment failure, or technical issues.
12. Reshoots and Edits
Minor adjustments to exposure, color, and composition are included in our editing process. Requests for additional edits or reshoots after delivery may incur extra fees, depending on the scope of the requested changes.
If technical issues occur—such as file corruption, missed shots, or equipment malfunction—we will make every reasonable effort to correct the problem or issue a refund at our discretion.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
14. Acceptance
By scheduling, confirming, or paying for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
